I recently contacted Marco from ML R Plastering to investigate a ceiling issue caused by a leak, and I was very impressed with his service. Marco was prompt, professional, and easy to communicate with from the start. He took the time to carefully assess the problem and even cut a neat inspection section in the ceiling to help identify the source of the leak. Although I chose not to go ahead with the quoted work, Marco was extremely understanding and handled everything with professionalism and integrity. His willingness to assist and his respectful approach really stood out. MLR Plastering Brisbane removed and replaced the water-damaged ceilings in our kitchen/dining and bathroom. Marco and Luciano did a great job. Thanks guys!! Marco is an artist with plaster. From start to finish, it was a really great experience having Marco work on our water-damaged ceiling replacement. Marco provided a really good explanation of what needed to happen prior to starting work as well as giving us a time frame of how long the job would take. The whole experience of working with Marco can only be described as exceptional. From contacting me from initial email enquiry, to turning up when agreed to quote, to providing the quote and completing the work, has been genuinely faultless. Excellent communication throughout, helpful ideas and suggestions and a very high standard of work. Added to that, Marco arranged the electrician, painter and carpenter, which made it all so easy.
